Inside syslink: Support Web Site

Within the next couple of days we are going to migrate the syslink Xandria support area from the dedicated server support.syslink.ch/xandria to our company web site at syslink.ch (i.e. this site).

There is nothing left to do for you. Your login data will remain the same on the new site. The URL support.syslink.ch/xandria will be redirected to the new location. Once the migration is completed you can access the Technical Support section directly at syslink.ch/support as well.

The new area will provide the downloads of syslink Xandria Software and the request form for syslink Xandria licenses.

Our knowledge base will be reimplemented from scratch by means of solution documents in our syslink Xandria installation at support.syslink.ch. Please allow us a couple of weeks time for this reimplementation to finish.
