Basel-based syslink awarded a contract on modernization of data center air conditioning to Voirol AG, also located in Basel. The air condition renewal is a major building block of the implementation of the Green-IT strategy of the SAP service provider.
Today, the project staff at syslink successfully migrated the final SAP system landscape of BSN medical to Unicode. The increasing amount of international activities of the global medical device company required this step. syslink was chosen to implement the "Virtualization and Upgrade of the SAP-CRM-Landscape" project at Ypsomed, a leading company for the development and manufacturing of delivery systems for self-medication. syslink delivers SAP Basis Services to Ypsomed, based in Burgdorf/Switzerland, for more than 7 years already.
The syslink operations team has migrated the whole SAP system landscape of W. Schneider+Co AG from Microsoft SQL Server to Sybase ASE within a very short period of time. All SAP systems of the swiss manufacturer of mirror cabinets are remotely monitored by syslink Xandria since the year 2003 already.
