Philadelphia, PA, October 26, 2021 – Avantra, a leading AIOps and automation platform for SAP, today announced its partnership with MAS, South Asia’s largest apparel and textile manufacturer, to offer real-time SAP monitoring and automation services. The seamlessly integrated supply chain at MAS will leverage automation to bring further precision to its global operations.

Avantra will support MAS with new-age automation strategies to help the company deliver on time, increase quality, be more responsive to customers and boost efficiencies at every level of operations. Real-time system monitoring and proactive issue resolution will help MAS save time and resources to contribute to the larger, cohesive vision for the business.

Avantra offers extensive out-of-the-box native real-time and automated daily checks with other prescribed custom assessments. It automatically identifies new SAP modules as they come online, applying pre-defined manufacturing checks and parameters, so administrators no longer have to set them manually. Additionally, changes to SAP system configurations, profiles, and parameters can be tracked and escalated via notification, which offers an extra measure of security.

Brenton O'Callaghan, Chief Customer Officer at Avantra, “For the apparel and textile manufacturing industry, flexibility is key to offering competitive prices, changing trends, and an efficient supply chain. With an increased demand for speed to deliver an enhanced customer experience, automation is a powerful tool to enable a high degree of flexibility and agility that lets you improvise when you need to change your course. We are excited to be a part of this journey with MAS”.

Imran Mohamed Ali, Head of IT Infrastructure and Support, “MAS initially explored Avantra, requiring an agile easy to implement monitoring solution for its key SAP instance, with the primary goal of improving system performance. We required a tool that would point us in the right direction in terms of what factors are influencing a performance drop. We were also impressed with the additional features that were packed into Avantra straight out of the box, automation being a big part of them.”
