      SAP Business Process Monitoring Specialist

      Remote

      Avantra is looking to hire an SAP Business Process Monitoring Specialist.

      Avantra has an established SAP engineering team and, as part of our continued year-over-year growth, we want to expand our offerings by providing SAP Business Process Monitoring & Automation as part of our solution. The right person will be our specialist for SAP Business Process and will lead this project.

      We’re looking for someone to fit into our family feel culture, to build great connections with the team and help to support our growing team.

      This role reports directly to the Head of SAP Engineering.

       

      Key Responsibilities

      SAP Business Process Monitoring:

      • Leverage in-depth knowledge and experience in SAP Business Process Monitoring to ensure the smooth functioning of critical business processes.
      • Implement, configure, and maintain monitoring and automation solutions to proactively identify and address issues within SAP applications.

      SAP Application Expertise:

      • Demonstrate expertise in multiple SAP modules, including but not limited to SD, FI-CO, MM, Basis and HR, to support the effective integration of business processes.
      • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into automated workflows.

      SAP BTP / Cloud ALM:

      • Possess hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
      • Drive the adoption and optimization of SAP BTP and Cloud ALM for improved efficiency and scalability.

      Automation:

      • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance overall SAP processes.
      • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

      Collaboration & Communication:

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and automation capabilities.

      Continuous Improvement:

      • Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP technologies, industry best practices, and automation tools.
      • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance SAP automation.

       

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
      • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Process Monitoring and expertise in SAP modules (e.g. SD, FI-CO, MM, Basis, HR)
      • Proven experience with SAP BTP and Cloud ALM
      • Strong background in implementing automation solutions within SAP environments

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
